Angélica de Antonio Jimenez
Associate professor
Director of the laboratory since 1995. Her areas of interest are educational software, particularly intelligent tutoring systems; virtual and augmented reality, mainly in its application to education and training; intelligent virtual agents, specially working as pedagogical agents; human-computer interaction techniques for 3D environments; and the software engineering methods and techniques that make it possible to develop such complex systems.

Member of the laboratory since 1996. His areas of interest are software agents, cognitive architectures for agents, intelligent tutoring systems and human-computer interaction, including advanced interaction in 3D environments.

Jaime Ramírez Rodríguez
Associate professor
Member of the laboratory since 1996. His areas of interest are virtual environments for education and training, intelligent tutoring systems, ontological engineering and software architecture.

Nelson Medinilla Martínez
Member of the laboratory since 2000. His areas of interest are the Education and Software Design. Today his focus is on Computer Science Education Research.

Xavier Ferre Grau
Member of the laboratory since 2001. His areas of interest are the integration of HCI methods into the software development process, interaction design for mobile platforms, and usability evaluation.

Julia Clemente
Member of the laboratory since 1996. His areas of interest are Student Modelling and its Cognitive Diagnosis, as well as Ontological Engineering for Intelligent Tutoring Systems and Virtual Environments for education and training.

Gonzalo Méndez
Member of the lab since 1997. His research interests include virtual environments for education and training, pedagogical agents, software agents, software architecture and language-based interaction in mobile environments.
